Fixed pricing in fracture repairs

Grade 1

Consult, rads, GA, repair including implants and drugs, hospitalisation as required, 2 weeks analgesia, post op radiographs, implant removal if required.

  • Pin/wire/screws fixation

  • External fixator grade 1

For example:

  • Tibial tuberosity avulsion

  • Metacarpal/metatarsal simple fractures

  • Physeal fracture

Grade 2

Consult, rads, GA, repair including implants and drugs, hospitalisation as required, 2 weeks analgesia, post op radiographs

  • Lateral condylar fracture no plate

  • Plate fixation grade 1

  • Ex fix grade 2

For example:

  • Radial and tibial diaphyseal fractures

  • Sacroiliac luxation screw fixation

  • Metacarpal/metatarsal complex/ comminuted fractures

  • Hock fractures e.g. Malleolar

  • Mandibular fractures

Grade 3

  • Plate fixation grade 2

For example:

  • Humeral and femoral diaphyseal fractures

  • Pelvic fractures e.g. Ilial fracture or acetabular fractures

  • Lateral condylar fracture with plate fixation

  • Complex comminuted long bone fractures requiring double plate

  • Spinal fracture grade 1

Grade 4

Consult, rads/CT, GA, repair including implants and drugs, hospitalisation as required, 2 weeks analgesia, post op radiographs

  • Y-T fracture

  • Humeral supracondylar fractures

  • Spinal fracture grade 2

For complex or multi-limb trauma please contact us for an estimate of costs, these may be included in our fixed prices but this will be at the discretion of the clinician.
