How we take payments at Paragon Referrals

For full details of our consultation fees, please contact the client care team. If you require an indication of possible costs prior to your pet’s consultation, we will generally refer your query to a veterinary surgeon in the relevant service, which means a member of the team may need to call you back with the information.

At your initial consultation, the vet will provide a treatment plan and an estimate of further costs, so that you can make an informed decision whether to proceed with recommended investigations and/or treatment.  If you have any concerns, please highlight these with the vet, we are here to support you.

Payment options

Cash, BACs and major credit/debit cards are accepted. Please note, we do not accept cheques or Diners cards.
