A new bungalow had been designed for this site several years ago and construction had progressed as far as the groundworks. Changing circumstances resulted in the proposal being reviewed to provide a larger two-storey farmhouse dwelling, based on the original bungalow footprint. The house now provides an attractive and comfortable family home at the centre of the farm.
